Focus Leaderboard

Who’s mastering their attention

Ranked by Focus Points — your average Focus Score over the last 28 days, plus how many of those days you actually focused. A wellness leaderboard, not a race to burn out. Names are pseudonymous unless a focuser opts in.

How the Focus Leaderboard works

The leaderboard ranks people by Focus Points — a 0–100 composite of the same signals FocusScore already measures. Attention quality counts most; it rewards consistent, intentional focus rather than time spent online.

How Focus Points are calculated

75% average Focus Score (attention quality) · 25% how many days you focused. Both measured over the last 28 days — not your lifetime — so the board reflects this month and a bad week is recoverable. Level and badges are shown but no longer ranked on: they only ever go up with time, which made the top of the board impossible for anyone new.

Why am I not ranked?

A rank needs at least 5 scored sessions inside the 28-day window. Below that one lucky session would outrank a month of steady ones, so we'd rather show nothing than a position we can't support.

Which board am I on?

Your own — your team or your household, when you have one. A ranking among people you know changes what you do; a global list of strangers mostly doesn't. The global board is still there as a curiosity.

How to rank higher

Run longer, intentional focus sessions, cut short-form video and tab-switching, and focus on more days of the week — consistency is the quarter of the score you can move fastest.

Is my identity public?

No — you appear under a pseudonymous handle by default. A real display name is shown only if you opt in.

Is it a competition?

It’s a wellness leaderboard, not a race to burn out. The point is healthier, more intentional attention.
